Recipe for Dotyk Mandry or Ceramic

Parameters: 20g of coffee (medium grind, 800 microns) | Water: 94°C

Pouring stages:

  • 0:00 — Pour 50 ml (bloom).
  • 0:30 — Pour up to 120 ml.
  • 1:00 — Pour up to 250 ml.
  • 2:30 — Total extraction time (water should draw down completely).
